Regional Local 207's Training Program is funded by employer contributions. Our training fund program is currently accepted in 22 states utilizing one certificate. pre-employment and annual drug screens are required and provided under the current physical for each member. Training Classes Offered Asbestos Worker Initial and Refresher Asbestos Supervisor Initial and Refresher Lead Worker (32 hours) Initial Lead Supervisor (40 hours) Initial 40 Hour Hazmat Initial 10 Hour OSHA Safety Training Mold, Asbestos & Lead Awareness Classes are scheduled regularly throughout Local 207's territory for the membership at no cost. Members are reimbursed for their state license. Employers and workers have reduced portability concerns under this program.
